The buildings Paramount has worked on, and what was done to each

A church on St Charles Avenue, a rice mill, a hotel in Gretna and the Convention Center. Paramount lists these four by name with the scope of each job. Brick, stucco, glazing and roofs fail where water finds a gap, so every scope below is some version of closing that gap.

The photos show the buildings. The scope lines are the work Paramount lists for them.

Historic and occupied buildings

Work that stays out of the way of the people inside

The Holiday Inn stayed open through its facade work, and the church has invited Paramount back for further work at the site. At the Cotton Mill and Property One condominiums, a Google reviewer writes that Paramount handled years of tuck-pointing and roof work, with the PRC/HDLC approvals the historic buildings needed.
