Division 01 General Requirements, start here
Tell Paramount where the water is getting in
Send the building address and what you are seeing: a leak after heavy rain, mortar washing out of the joints, a loose lintel, a balcony deck that has gone soft. The office calls you back to set up a visit, and masonry restoration starts with a complimentary site visit.
Not sure which service it is? Pick “Not sure yet” in the form. The five scopes overlap more than most owners expect, and the visit sorts out which one closes the leak.

What to send
Three things get the visit booked faster
- The address of the building, and which side or floor shows the problem.
- What is leaking or failing: a stained ceiling under a parapet, open joints, cracked sealant at a window, a worn coating on a deck.
- Photos by text to 504-723-4112. A few pictures of the wall or roof edge tell the office what to look for before anyone climbs a ladder.
Paramount works across New Orleans and the surrounding area. See the towns on the service list or look through the project record first.
