Owner

Albert Bikbulatov, M. Eng

Founded the company in 2011

Albert started the business in 2011 with a passion for construction and a focus on the waterproofing niche. He holds a Master Degree in Machine Building and Technology, and he knew that academic grounding could be of service in this specialty.

He works with clients, architects, engineers and building envelope specialists, giving property owners and facility and property managers a way out of their waterproofing problems. As a lifelong learner he keeps up with new and improving technology in the thermal and moisture protection field, attending conferences and staying in touch with people across the industry.

Client Service and Operations Manager

Sandy Beauchene, BA

With Paramount since 2013

Sandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and spent more than 15 years in commercial and retail property management before joining Paramount, running shopping centers, office and mixed-use properties. That is why she understands what owners, managers and tenants need from a contractor.

Paramount's own project list credits her with more than 12 million dollars in gross sales across waterproofing system installation and remedial work, on privately negotiated projects in New Orleans and the surrounding area. By the company's account, those include the National Rice Mill, multiple churches, local schools, hospitals and detention centers, projects in the French Quarter and work for private residential clients.

Owner's statement

“I really enjoy solving a problem, more specifically, the process of finding a solution. I am proud to be part of the construction community and contributing to maintain and restore both historic properties and new projects in New Orleans and surrounding communities.”

Albert Bikbulatov, M. Eng, Owner

Working in New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana brings challenges beyond weather, supply chains and labor shortages. The history of the region, and the stakeholders involved in remedial work, call for real expertise in historical preservation as well as restoration on contemporary builds and new construction. Paramount has grown under Albert with one core competency: restoring the entire building envelope. See how that plays out in historic masonry restoration.

In their words

What a condo association and a rental owner wrote

“Paramount Waterproofing Solutions is one of the best companies that I have dealt with. Paramount Waterproofing worked at Cotton Mill and Property One for several years. Major jobs such as tuck-pointing, roof work and painted the water tower. Many jobs needed PRC/HDLC approval due to the building being historic and they met all requirements with no problem. The owner was onsite overseeing the projects and his workers followed our strict rules that our condominium association required. Paramount is one of the best companies in New Orleans.”

“Albert and his crew did a great job! They completed much-needed work on our rental property and did so quickly and professionally. Our tenants were not interrupted or disturbed in anyway. Highly recommend.”
